Rest

Rest, without leaving Scripture behind

Most calming apps borrow their practice from somewhere other than the Bible. This one does not. Eight long night readings written so that falling asleep halfway through costs you nothing, six breath prayers that put one line of Scripture on the in-breath and one on the out, and sound that is generated on your own device rather than streamed — so it works with no signal and uses no data.
