Every translation here can be given away free, in every country, for ever — because each one is either in the public domain or carries a Creative Commons licence that permits it. That is not a small thing. Most modern translations are owned, licensed per copy and per country, and cannot appear in a free app at all. These can, and so they do, and nobody has to pay or ask.
