John 20:25
Wale wanafunzi wengine waka mwambia baadaye, “Tumemwona Bwana.” Naye akawambia, “Kama sitaona alama za misumari katika mikono yake, na kuweka vidole vyangu kwenye hizo alama, na pia kuweka mkono wangu kwenye ubavu wake sitaamini.”

The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.
So the other disciples told him, “We have seen the Lord!” But he replied, “Unless I see the nail marks in His hands, and put my finger where the nails have been, and put my hand into His side, I will never believe.”

27 Kisha akamwambia Thomaso, leta kidole chako na uone mikono yangu; leta hapa mikono yako na uweke kwenye ubavu wangu; wala usiwe asiyeamini bali aaminiye.”
28 Naye Thomaso akajibu na kumwambia, “Bwana wangu na Mungu wangu.”
