Deuteronomy 21:21
Todos os homens de sua cidade o apedrejarão até a morte. Por isso, removerão o mal do meio de vocês. Todo Israel ouvirá, e temerá.

18 Se um homem tem um filho teimoso e rebelde que não obedecerá à voz de seu pai ou à voz de sua mãe, e embora o castiguem, não os ouvirá,
19 então seu pai e sua mãe se apoderarão dele e o levarão aos anciãos de sua cidade e ao portão de seu lugar.
20 Eles dirão aos anciãos de sua cidade: “Este nosso filho é teimoso e rebelde”. Ele não obedecerá à nossa voz”. Ele é um glutão e um bêbado”.

22 Se um homem cometeu um pecado digno de morte, e é morto, e você o enforca numa árvore,
23 seu corpo não ficará toda a noite na árvore, mas certamente o enterrará no mesmo dia; pois aquele que é enforcado é amaldiçoado por Deus. Não contamine sua terra que Yahweh seu Deus lhe dá por herança.
