14 E il muro della città avea dodici fondamenti, e su quelli stavano i dodici nomi dei dodici apostoli dell’Agnello.
15 E colui che parlava meco aveva una misura, una canna d’oro, per misurare la città, le sue porte e il suo muro.
16 E la città era quadrangolare, e la sua lunghezza era uguale alla larghezza; egli misurò la città con la canna, ed era dodicimila stadi; la sua lunghezza, la sua larghezza e la sua altezza erano uguali.
