Rest is a gift God commanded. Even Jesus withdrew to quiet places.

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

A prayer when you feel worn out

Jesus, I am tired in a way sleep has not fixed. You called the exhausted, not the impressive. I am coming as I am. Give me rest, and show me what I am carrying that was never mine.
