'Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.' The image is oil running down Aaron's beard to the skirts of his garments — anointing flows downward, through unity, and stops where division starts.
Lord, let this house dwell together in unity, for it is there that You command the blessing. Where there is division, expose it and heal it. Guard our leaders from pride, exhaustion, and secret sin, and give them courage to speak Your word with boldness. Let signs follow. Let the poor be fed here, the doubting be welcomed here, and the lost be found here. Let this ministry be known for Christ and not for us. In Jesus' name. Amen.
