Say these out loud. Not to convince God — to remind yourself what is true when your feelings are arguing.
- God gives knowledge, skill and recall.
- I will be kept in perfect peace because my mind is stayed on Him.
- I have prepared, and I will not be undone by fear.
- My path is directed whatever this result says.
