Mark 4
Jesus and His friends were in a little boat when a huge wind came down on the lake. Waves crashed over the sides. The men were fishermen — they knew boats — and even they were terrified. And Jesus was asleep at the back on a cushion. They shook Him awake, shouting. He stood up, looked at the storm, and said just four words: 'Peace. Be still.' And the wind stopped. Not slowly — all at once. Everything went quiet.
What is the loudest storm you can remember?
Peace, be still.
