What is the purpose of my life?
The answer Scripture gives is not a job title. You were made to know God and to be enjoyed by Him and to enjoy Him for ever, and everything else — work, marriage, gifts, place — is the shape that takes in your particular life. That means your purpose is not waiting to be discovered in a career decision. It is available this morning, and it survives redundancy, illness and old age.
