My marriage is in trouble.

Start with the part you control, which is never nothing. Confess your own share first and without a but attached. Stop keeping score, because love does not. Get a third party in early — a pastor or a counsellor — rather than when it is nearly over; most couples wait years too long. And if there is violence, or the threat of it, get to safety first and get help; that is not a marriage problem to be talked through in the living room.
