Start smaller than you think is respectable. Ten honest minutes kept every day beats an hour promised and missed, and Jesus rose before dawn rather than hoping a gap appeared. Attach it to something you already do without fail — the kettle, the commute, the first sit-down — because habits fasten to habits. Number your days deliberately; nobody drifts into a wise use of time.
