Before you look for a spiritual cause, look at the physical one. When Elijah collapsed, heaven's first response was a meal and a sleep, twice, before any conversation. Sabbath is not a reward for finishing; it is a weekly admission that the world runs without you for a day. Take the rest you have been refusing yourself, and notice how many things you called spiritual crises turn out to have been tiredness.
