How do I know if I am proud?
Three tests that are hard to dodge. How do you take correction from someone junior to you? How do you feel when a rival is praised? And do you talk to God more about what you need than about who He is? Humility is not thinking little of yourself; it is thinking of yourself less often, because your attention has found a better subject.
